We explain our vision and values by using the illustration of a painting. A painting is made up of 3 elements: the frame, the drawing and the colour. We believe that our ‘values’ are the framework, our vision is the drawing (what we ‘see’ for our church) and the colour is how that vision is expressed and outworked. We have endeavoured to express our values through 6 words that spell out the name ‘Bridge’:
Each of these words express both a recognition of what God has done for us through his son, Jesus, and a commitment for us to be a ‘Bridge’ into our world by bringing these values to those around us.
As a Pentecostal church and a member of the Assemblies of God movement in the UK, we have a set of biblical beliefs that we hold to. They form the foundation of what we do, and why and how we do it. They are called our Statements of Faith and can be read here: AoG Statement of Faith
